Communities & properties

Let's get your whole property connected.

A single home is a drop from the street. A community is right-of-entry, risers, easements and a plan for every unit. Work we do routinely.

A modern apartment building with balconies

Every unit on its own line.

Boards & property managers

If you run the property

It starts with a right-of-entry agreement, giving us permission to bring fiber onto the property. We'll walk it with you, show you where conduit and risers would run, and put the whole plan in writing before anyone signs.

  • Normally no cost. We fund the build, with no bulk contract and no revenue share.
  • Residents choose. No requirement that anyone buys from us.
  • Low disruption. Mostly existing conduit and easements, and we restore what we open.

What we'll ask you for

  • Who signs on behalf of the property
  • Number of units and buildings
  • Existing conduit or riser space
  • Any current bulk agreement and when it ends
  • A site map, if you have one

Residents of a private community

Get your community on the list

Register your address. It's free, commits you to nothing, and on a private property it's the lever that moves things: the more households asking, the easier the conversation. Then mention it to your board or property manager. That combination is what gets communities built.

  • Your own dedicated line. Every unit gets its own strand, not a feed shared across the building.
  • Nothing to commit. Registering is free and puts no obligation on you.
  • Free professional install. Once the property is built, your install is on us.
